Whole Wheat Rotini/Smoked Sausage

 
I normally make a dish like this using ground beef, but on this day I did not have ground beef and did not want to run to the store. I cooked the Whole Wheat Rotini and in the last couple minutes I added chopped smoked sausage, onions and jalapeno peppers. Then I drained off the water and added canned tomatoes and canned corn. Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, garlic powder or any seasonings you might like.
 

It is kinda like a goulash, but it was quite tasty for a quick meal.
