Lemon Cake

This is my husband's LEMON CAKE, that should have wings because it is just heavenly!

1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 small box lemon Jello
1 cup hot water to dissolve the jello
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract



Dissolve the jello in hot water and then mix all ingredients together with electric mixer.


Once all ingredients are mixed pour into greased and floured bundt pan.


Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.


Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 or 15 minutes. Turn out on plate or platter.


 Frost with your favorite lemon icing or make a drizzle out of powdered sugar and lemon juice.

My husband took the cake out of the bundt pan before it was cool enough, because I was taking photos of every step of him making the cake. He said it was just like being on the Food Network without the pay! I was making him nervous to say the least. He is too funny.
