Fried Bolgona

It had been years since I had thought about buying one of those big logs of bologna. I saw one on sale and thought...yummy...fried bologna. Just slice off thick slices and put on the grill or in a skillet. It is so good! My daughter cooks it on her barbecue grill and then adds barbecue sauce to it.
I like mine a lot browner than my husband does, but he was the one cooking.
