Medical ID

Lauren's Hope is a wonderful place to find Medical ID jewelry. Once people find out they have a medical condition that might need immediate attention they would be smart to get medical identification to wear. I have purchased medical identification bracelets, necklaces and dog tags for my granddaughter who is a Type 1 Juvenile Diabetic. We were able to get her name, diabetic, insulin, and two telephone numbers engraved on the backs of the various items. It just makes us feel safer when she is out and about.

I am trying to link Lauren's Hope blog and website to this blog. You can click on Lauren's Hope at the beginning of this post and it should take you to the website. I think you will be very surprised at the quality and beauty of the jewelry they offer, compared to the old style stuff we use to see for medical identification. They have medical identification for children, teens, women and men so check it out.

I BORROWED THIS INFORMATION FROM LAUREN'S HOPE. YOU CAN FIND THE INFORMATION IN ITS ENTIRETY HERE:        http://www.laurenshope.com/

Why do I need to wear medical identification? A quick diagnoses of your condition will lead to faster and more effective treatment. Your medical alert bracelet or medical ID necklace will alert doctors, nurses and EMT’s of your medical history so time is not wasted.

Who needs to wear a medical alert bracelet? If you’ve been diagnosed with a chronic condition, have food or drug allergies or take medications then you should wear a medical alert. Any of these conditions may alter the treatment you might normally receive. If you are a CAREGIVER you should also wear a medical ID to alert emergency personnel of your loved one who needs attention. Let your medical identification jewelry speak for you when you can’t.
