Fresh Fried Fish

Our friend Gary went fishing and brought us these beautiful striper filets!
My husband rolled them in cornmeal mix with a little red pepper sprinkled in the mix.
Dropped them in his trusty cast iron skillet with hot oil and fried until golden brown.
Drained on paper towels.
Served with spicy sweet potato fried, cole slaw and hush puppies.
This is the finest plate of food ever! There is nothing that compares to the taste of fresh fish!
