Broccoli/Cauliflower Salad

If you are tired of the regular ole lettuce salad try this broccoli/cauliflower salad. It is quick and easy to make and tastes so good. You can add additional items like sunflower seeds or some of your other favorites to this dish.
Broccoli/Cauliflower Salad

2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
1 head fresh cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 red onion, chopped (or green onions, your choice)
1/2 cup green olives (or black olives which ever you like)
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and toss with reduced fat ranch dressing.
Refrigerate until serving.
