Ham & Egg Muffins

 
We usually use Canadian Bacon and make the traditional breakfast muffins. It is way cheaper to make them at home, than to drive through the fast food place that makes them. They were really good with the ham!
 
This time my husband made Ham and Egg Muffins, because we had got one of those little round hams on sale. We had the butcher slice half of it and shave half of it.
 
Notice those hams use to be five pounds and now they are four pounds! Anyway with the shaved ham we made hot ham and cheese sandwiches, on buns like another fast food place.
