Chicken, Tomatoes and Potatoes


Chicken, Tomatoes and Potatoes One Skillet Meal
Cover the bottom of a large skillet with thawed Chicken Breast Tenders
Dump on a can of diced tomatoes with green chilies
Add a layer of sliced potatoes
Add a layer of thick sliced onions (optional)
Cover and cook on medium low heat for approximately
1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
Serve with a green vegetable or salad and you have a quick and easy meal.
