Tater Cakes-Leftover Mashed Potatoes

Leftover Mashed Potatoes
One Egg
Chopped Onions
Stir in Enough Flour to Make the Potatoes a Bit Stiff
Form into Patties
Pat Each Side with Flour
Drop in Oil and Cook
Until Brown on Each Side
