When we do not cook enough the night before to have for lunch the next day Chimichangas are always in the freezer to put in our lunch. These are under $4 for a package of 8.
We put two Chimichangas in our lunch dish straight from the freezer. By the time they are in the fridge until noon the next day and we microwave the lunch they are perfect. This day for lunch we had pinto beans with jalapeno peppers and onions and whole kernel corn with butter.
This dish was lots cheaper than eating out and much better tasting.
