Chicken & Dumplings

Chicken and Dumplings
4 chicken breasts
6 chicken thighs
Put in a stock pot and add one chopped onion
One tablespoon of each of the following
Seasoned Salt
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Powder
Chopped Garlic
Bring to a boil and cook until the chicken is done.
Remove the chicken from the pot.
Add one can Cream of Chicken Soup to the chicken stock.
Cut canned biscuits into four pieces each - use two cans 10 biscuits each.
Drop biscuits into boiling water. Keep stirring gently. Boil 20-25 minutes until done.
Cut up the chicken pieces and remove skin.
Add the chicken pieces back into dumplings.
This dish is so good and easy to prepare. My daughter puts individual bowls of it in her freezer and then takes to school and heats in the microwave for lunch. If you do not plan to have leftovers you can cut the recipe down to half the chicken and half the biscuits.
