Banana Bread made with Splenda

Banana Bread made with Splenda
6 extra ripe bananas, smashed
2 sticks butter or margarine - melted
2 cups Splenda
2 eggs beaten
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons baking soda
pinch of salt
3 cups of all purpose flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
With a wooden spoon, mix butter into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
Mix in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add the baking soda and salt and mix in.
Add the flour and mix.
Pour mixture into 3 foil pans that are 7 x 5 x 1 inch.
(the pans come 3 packaged together)
Bake 45 minutes and check to see if the center is done.
Cool pans on a rack.
This is really good banana bread.
You can add chopped pecans if you want banana nut bread.
