Hash Brown and Sausage Casserole

1 package crescent rolls
1 pound cooked and drained bulk sausage
1 box/bag shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded sharp cheese

8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper


Layer the first four ingredients in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan in the order that they appear. Beat 8 eggs with 1/4 cup milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Pour over the above layers. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 30-35 minutes.

Also try with bacon, onion, peppers, mushrooms, jalapenos,  or any other ingredient you might like.
