Breakfast Buritto for Supper

We love to make breakfast foods for supper...this is one of our favorite.
Chop smoked sausage, jalapeno peppers, onion and sauté in pan until tender.
Next add several beaten eggs and scramble.
Add layer of shredded cheese.
Spoon into warmed flour tortillas, we warm ours on the griddle.
Fold in the ends and roll into burrito shape.
