Kobel's Station Foss, Oklahoma

Foss, Oklahoma on Historic Route 66 is another town that suffered with the building of Interstate 40. Foss today is only a reminder of a town that started in the late 1890s. The shell of Kobel's Gas Station, which also served as a cafe and bus station, can be seen in the photos below.
