Prizes: Prize includes four (4) tickets to the Dallas Cowboys vs. Philadelphia Eagles game on December 24, 2011, four (4) pre-game sideline passes and one (1) parking pass (the Grand Prize). The Grand Prize includes tickets, sideline and parking pass only. Winner is responsible for all travel expenses and any other expenses they might incur when attending a game.
By entering or participating in the Petit Jean Meats "Christmas with the Cowboys" Dallas Cowboys Ticket Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") you agree to all of the following rules:
How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. To be eligible, entrant (Entrant) must provide the sponsor of the Sweepstakes, Morrilton Packing Company (Sponsor) with Entrants name, home mailing address, valid telephone number and e-mail address on the
website. Fans may also enter by mailing a 3" x 5" postcard postmarked on or before December 10, 2011 containing Entrants name, home mailing address and valid telephone number and e- mail address to Petit Jean Meats, Christmas with the Cowboys Ticket Sweepstakes, 51 Blue Diamond Drive, Morrilton, AR 72110. Any error or omission in the information on the card will void the entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules. Sponsor will not be responsible for entries lost, delayed, incomplete or misdirected. Entries will become the sole property of Sponsor and by entering, Entrant expressly consents to adding his/her name to receive future promotional offers, and using Entrants name for advertising, publicity or any other purposes whatsoever, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, without compensation and with or without attribution to Entrant, as Sponsor elects.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States only who access www.dallascowboys.com/kountryspecialties. Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates and members of such employees' immediate families or households are ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
Entrants may enter one (1) time per person, per day from October 27, 2011 at 11:59am through December 10, 2011 at 11:59pm (the Entry Period).
Prize Deadlines: One winner will be chosen on December 11, 2011 for the Grand Prize (as defined herein these Official Sweepstakes Rules).
Online entries must be made online by 11:59 pm on December 10, 2011.
Winner Selection and Notification: The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. All drawings will be conducted at random. Entries are the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win a prize. Winners will be notified by phone or email. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within 48 hours, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be selected from all eligible entries received.

Grand Prize are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Grand Prize must be claimed within 48 hours of notice of winning. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize, or is disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, at its sole discretion. All prizes subject to change at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
Drawing will be held on December 11, 2011.
The retail value of the prize is One Thousand Four Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,400.00). Winners will be shipped their tickets prior to the game or they will be at Will Call.
General Conditions: Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of the Sweepstakes, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non- transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use each winner's name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other Sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner.
Releases: By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, Pro Silver Star, Ltd., Cowboys Stadium, L.P., the Dallas Cowboys Football Club, Ltd., Legends Hospitality, LLC, National Football League and its member clubs, and each of their respective parent companies, divisions, related entities, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes, including without limitation, any prize providers (the Released Parties) shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, the Sweepstakes, including entry and participation in the Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. The Released Parties shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, misdelivered, marked postage-due, illegible, mutilated, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will not be eligible for the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of the Sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the Sweepstakes will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a Sweepstakes should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of a Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Sweepstakes in any way or at any time, as long as reasonable notice is given. By registering for the Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to receive future e-mails and promotions from Sponsor. Sponsor mailing list is used internally and does not sell any mailing lists to any third parties.
Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited. Sponsor will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and Sponsor�s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Sponsor deems appropriate. All decisions will be made by Sponsor and are final. Sponsor may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Rules/Winners List: A list of winners names may be posted on the web after the drawing.
